Welcome to Medina Direct Family Medicine!

When you sign up with Medina Direct Family Medicine, you are becoming a part of a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. This means you'll be paying a monthly fee, like a subscription, which gives you access to primary care services. We do not bill any insurance plans. Here's what that means for you:

UNLIMITED VISITS

Your monthly fee covers all your visits, whether you come in multiple times in a month or not at all. By signing up, you are agreeing to pay the monthly subscription.

MEMBERSHIP, NOT INSURANCE

Medina Direct Family Medicine is not an insurance plan. The membership fee covers primary care services only, not other medical costs like hospitalizations, specialist visits, or other services outside our practice. Separate insurance coverage is recommended, but not necessary.

*Dr. Medina does not prescribe chronic opioids or benzodiazepines.
